The LEAD Certificate Program is developed in collaboration with BSM Consulting and delivered through industry-leading, dynamic, and respected faculty. You’ll participate in the nine-month educational program comprised of nine interactive modules including pre-work, recorded videos, live interactive sessions, and post work with a new management skill topic unveiled each month. Each module builds upon the previous module to deliver a comprehensive and detailed training curriculum for the mid-level manager. We have no doubt that you'll emerge from the program with a better understanding of managerial issues and practical ways to address them, a focus on patient advocacy, and a renewed direction in your professional journey!
